THE MAXIMUS STONE SUPPORT SYSTEM

The METLOC MAXIMUS® Stone Support Brackets utilise patented technology to deliver a flexible non-welded solution for your stone facade.

The bracket and stone cleats are delivered separately. Our product range allows brackets to be interchanged, accommodating any cavity and site variations.

For cavities of 230mm and greater we introduce a sway plate into our bracket which prevents lateral movement of the stone until fully restrained.

Due to recent building regulations, cavities are continually getting larger. This is to accommodate greater insulation, making buildings more thermally efficient. With these ever increasing cavities Metloc can still produce a non-welded stone support bracket that will meet current building regulations.

The angle used for Stone Support comes in a variety of widths and thicknesses based on the load carrying requirements. Our design engineers will review the loading and an angle will be specified to suit.

CE MARKING

The CE marking on all of our products shows that they comply with the Construction Products Regulation and are safe to use. This regulation outlines the process for designing and marking the steel. Product manufacturing is in accordance with BS EN 1090.

HOW THE MAXIMUS
SYSTEM WORKS

The MAXIMUS system works as a set of complimentary products which can be interchanged easily on site to cater for construction tolerances which are commonplace and can often lead to delays in obtaining altered or new support brackets. The brackets within the Maximum system can be swapped out for larger or smaller brackets quickly and easily.

MAXIMUS ML3 & ML4
BRACKETS

The ML3 and ML4 brackets refers to the material thickness and is defined by the design requirements by our engineers. Brackets can be produced to cater for cavities of over 300mm to over 99% of design situations.

ANGLE OPTIONS

The angle used for stone support comes in a variety of widths and thicknesses based on the load carrying requirements. Our design engineers will review the loading and an angle will be specified to suit.
