CE MARKING

The CE marking on all of our products shows that they comply with the Construction Products Regulation and are safe to use. This regulation outlines the process for designing and marking the steel. Product manufacturing is in accordance with BS EN 1090.

STANDARD SYSTEMS

MAXIMUS® ML10

The ML10 off the shelf system is designed to carry a characteristic action (service load) of up to 10kN/m.

MAXIMUS® ML12

The ML12 off the shelf system is designed to carry a characteristic action (service load) of up to 12kN/m.

MAXIMUS® ML14

The ML14 off the shelf system is designed to carry a characteristic action (service load) of up to 14kN/m.

MAXIMUS® BESPOKE

For site situations where our standard ML10/12/14 systems will not suit the project, bespoke Metloc systems can be designed for loads in excess of 20kN/m and with cavities of up to 300mm or greater.

FLAT PACKED OR FULLY ASSEMBLED

Modular product that can be sent flat packed or assembled ready for installation.

SOFFIT HANGERS & BRICKSLIPS

Optional support hanger for supporting full brick soffits. Trays with brick slips pre-bonded in header, stretcher or any other bond pattern as required.

CAVITY CLOSERS & THERMAL BREAKS

We offer an optional cavity closing plate for our Metloc system as well as non-compressible thermal breaks which can be used to reduce cold bridging as well as acting as shims.
